This week, I’ll tell you something about the only emo band using violins in their songs: Yellowcard

The band srtarted making music in 1997, when, with some difference in line-up, they releasd their first album Mdget Tossing, which wasn’t really succesful. Their third album, One For The Kids (this is their first album with current singer Ryan Key), was a bit more succesful, but they still waren’t really popular. Breakthrough into mainstream came with their next alum, Ocean Avenue, which had quite a few hit songs, like Way Away, Ocean Avenue, Only One… They released their current album, Paper Walls, in last July and are currently on Acoustic tour.
